I was wondering, how does one upgrade items from normal - exceptional - elite? I know how it works on uniques (cube recipes page), but I can't find anything on how to upgrade normal items.
Is it possible to upgrade a normal weapon with a runeword, into an exceptional item (with the same runeword/stats still intact)?
