Weapon Switch and +Skills question

[:1]I forgot, if I have +5 to say summon clay golem on main and I switch to some other 1h/shield via 'w' will the currently summoned golem stay at the original +5 skill?|||Yes. have to add random latters so message is not too short|||And as long as you have a "hard" point invested in Clay Golem - otherwise, he'll melt away to nothing.|||This doesn't work for all skills though, noticbly summon skeleton and summon skeleton mage, even with hard points invested as the level of that skill says how many you can hold as well as summon.

Example you have Summon skele at 17 hardpoints allowing you to summon 7 skeletons. You switch to a +3 summon skele wand (Lets assume no other skill ups) upping it to 20, allowing you to now summon 8, you summon the 8th and switch back, 1 skeleton should pop as if unsummoned.|||True, but the skeles that remain are as strong as when they were when summoned - just not as many of them.|||Quote:

1 point in clay golem allows you to keep 1 clay golem alive. 6 points in clay golem allow to keep 1 clay golem alive. When you prebuff and switch to normal gear, you still get 1 clay golem summoned at higher level, with better stats.

Same with skeletons, they remain the level they were summoned with, but limited in quantity by your RS skill level. Prebuffing wont let you get more skellies, but they will be stronger (on slvl 30+, every +1 summoning tree gives +5..+10% damage increase, which is quite decent).|||Quote:

Yes. have to add random latters so message is not too short

you could also just put ''10 chars'' after the yes :)||| .
