I am trying to find an old thread/post where someone made a phase blade (edit: it might have been a Crystal Sword or a Dimensional Blade, they all look the same to me) that could be equipped by his lvl 1 character.
He achieved this by using 2x hel runes and 4x -15% requirements rare jewels.
I would like to find this post but I have had no luck so far with my searches.
Can someone please point me in the right direction?
