I was playing single player diablo 2 on hell level while there was a thunder storm and the power cut off now the game want let me access my characters. The screen right before you get to the character selection comes on then the pc kicks you off to the normal windows screen and there is no error message. I'll second that.
If the game gets interrupted at a weird time the data could have possibly gotten corrupted in some way.
You could also try removing the character you were playing from the save file, and see if that might solve it. Maybe its just an issue with that one character trying to load on the selection screen.|||thanks but the play disk and the install disk are ok but the last one is scratch really bad can you re install with just the installation disk?|||You can register them on battle.net website and download it if they won't work, cause you will need both to install.
