Realm problem

Hey mates, I'm writing on behalf of a friend who's got a problem we can't really solve.

As he wants to play in the Europe realm, it's a trouble that he receives Unable to connect error each time. The other realms are alright, it's just the european one.

We tried reseting the router, modem, clearing the Battle.net folder from regedit, everything. I even registered both LoD and D2 in the official site and reinstalled with digital download...the same.

Any ideas?|||Hello,

couldn't it be the IP ban? You can get IP banned on specific realm. This tool will help you find out. There is "Manual.txt" file with instructions in the archive.
