best runeword for this shield?

Just got a 4os kurast shield w/ 26 all resist. I'm thinking spirit, but is there a 4 socket runeword thats good for a smiter?

Also, if i use socket quest on a 0os kurast it gets 4 soc automatically right?|||Exile is the other popular 4os shield, but it's wasted unless it's made in an elite and preferably eth shield.|||26allres is too low for pala shield in my opinion, unless you are playing single and this is the only option for you
