"Faith" in nonladder

Is this possible? I mean is it possible for a character to have it on ladder, and then when the ladder season ends, the runewords with ladder only get's transfered to nl? Of course they can't make any more, but there would be some around?

If yes, anyone know what the price of a Faith bow would be on europe nl?

Yes, and faith is pretty expensive on Ladder, where it is possible to make. Seeing as it's impossible to make on nl, I imagine it would be more expensive. Then again, everything is generally cheaper nl I guess.
