I reinstalled D2 and LoD last weekend, and I've been playing USEast SC Ladder. The last time I played online, it was on nonladder and not nearly as bad. The spam bots are one thing, but the fact that hundreds of mf/lvl bots are constantly running really cheapens every single item, even those that I find myself. I've been browsing this forum, and your like-minded attitude toward this makes me wonder: is there a better place to play?
I enjoy PvM more than PvP, I do want to play with other people (no single-player). In short, I need a realm/mode that doesn't have rushing, where everyone works together on the same quests. Is this too much to ask?|||Welcome!
You can actually play with people in single player ( makes sense I know...) over LAN, or TCP/IP. There is a section in the single player forum dedicated to it.
You can also look in the player match up area, and try to find some legit people to play with on Bnet. Other realms besides closed Bnet are not supported here.|||Just make some friends in the Player Matchup forum, bru!

AIN'T NO THANG.|||I just started up again after a few years as well. The spam bots are insane! I get over it though because eventually they stop. I'm back to loving the game hardcore. Also, the ladder ends in about 2 months if Blizzard holds to its ridiculous new reset schedule.
Welcome back however! I too find that no matter how many times I put the discs away, they always come back out eventually.|||I feel the same, i mean sure the runs can be found usefull but they are also very annoying -.-'
