Is there a website that allows searching D2 items by attribute/mod?

In other words, say I want a character to have "prevent monster heal" worked into his items somehow, but I don't know where. Rather than check every runeword and unique item, is there a website out there that would let me search D2 items for "prevent monster heal" and display every known item available (and possibly whether magic/rare/crafted could generate the mod)?

The prevent monster heal is just an example. You get the gist of my question though. Anyone know of such a site?|||well, the d2tomb has all the runewords there is, and by ctrl+f you can search attributes. not sure about regural items though |||there used to be a spreadsheet that had all that...somewhere...
