D2 vereran question Re Duping

Does D2 currently still have large-scale duping? (in ladder)

Also is it still filled with Hacked items (ladder also)? or have they fixed the exploits?

Thx!|||There are rumors that they still exist, but they seem to have finally done a halfway decent job of stopping it. When 1.13 first came out, there was an exploit involving lag-crashing servers, but I believe they closed that. It should be pretty clean. The issue now is that everybody and their little brother is running bots to collect mass loot while not actually having to be bothered by, I don't know, PLAYING THE GAME! It's pretty lame, but at least the end result items aren't dupes (meaning no poofing, not even for runes), just illegitly farmed.

There are still some rumors about hacked items on ladder, but no one knows if they were created on ladder, or somehow glitched in from non-ladder. I've never personally seen any of these items though, so I can't say they are more than just rumors.|||Quote:

When some people are running 5 bots 24x7, they are literally finding enough HRs anyways. In the short time I have been back (month now) I have already seen Cham, Vex, and Zod drop in Chaos. In fact in 11 years this was the first Zod I ever even actually known to have dropped in a game, and as luck would have it the bot went to town, there was one single creature that I killed and voila, Zod is mine.|||Quote:
