Starting Again!! This game is like a drug!

Im just installing Diablo 2 yet again for like the millionth time and I always wondered what made this game so addictive? Its still very popular to say its 10+ years old and no other game feels like it.

Ive tried Rift, Aion, Maplestory, WoW, Sacred, Torchlight etc. and none of those seem to interest me long enough like this does? Dont know if its the amount of items, skill builds, easy controls or what but its like a drug!

What do you think?

Starting on Europe ladder if any anyone wants to level, have fun etc. Dont wanna run into any bot games like majority of the time!|||It s exactly the same for me, in all these years I ve changed computers several times and this game has always been installed since it came out. New computer-install antivirus-every day programs-diablo II. It s automatic!!

I stop playing for maybe a year or more until one day I just have to come back and start all over again. All accounts lost, find all again, I guess I just like the start from scratch fun? I love to run areas and see what drops, in all these years there are still things I haven t found myself ever... For those of us who have been playing 10+ years, it's kinda the same as the reason why we revere old cartoons and songs we had as kids.|||Just found a big scratch on my diablo expansion disk so I cant play anyway of playing without buying another disk? 1. Login using the email you registered with

2. Go to your profile

3. Add a fav game (diablo II and Diablo II LOD)

4. Register your cd keys

5. Uninstall all d2 and d2 LOD on your computer

6. When u register ur cd key it will give you a download now button.

Click there and save it in a filer you can access(I made one on my desktop)

7. Download DIABLO II downloader first! (open file in ur folder u saved it to)

8. Download DIABLO II LoD second! (save file to your folder choice and open the installer)

9. Download the latest patch (1.13) (I'll give link in separate post my itouch is being stupid)

Note: it'll ask for a 26 Digit key I believe. When youregister ur cd key they'll give you a 26 digit one. Use this when they ask for it.

P.S. Download this AFTER you download diablo II LOD. Save all download clients in one folder. I suggest making a new folder on the desktop. Like I said if you need help just pm me:)
