Battling ubers....

So which character/type of build is best for battling ubers? I've only really ever done it with a summoner necro and was wanting to try something new. If possible could you also link me to a guide for said character/build? I'm looking to solo ubers because I don't have a lot of friends online that can help. Thanks!|||Welcome to the internet

The paladin (1-pt Smite guide) will be your best bet, but the frenzy and assassin build works as well.|||Summon Mancer loaded with Urudar's

Basically you need a few things to be successful at a solo Ubers. The most important thing is Crushing Blow, followed by some form of lifetap, and a very high attack speed. After that, things like open wounds and lots of life/resists. You will need a minimum of 1k life if you aren't a summoner, and you must try and max your resists against Meph's conviction Aura or match it with your own.
